The Houston Texans have placed offensive lineman Sam Hagen on injured reserve due to an undisclosed injury. Hagen, who is an undrafted free agent from South Dakota State, stands 6-foot-6 and weighs 320 pounds.

The Texans recognized Hagen's performance during training camp, which led to his initial placement on the active roster. By moving him to injured reserve, Hagen will be eligible to return to the team after missing at least four games in the 2026 season.

Further details regarding the nature of Hagen's injury have not yet been provided.
