Another unexpected cut was Jaydon Blue, a fifth-round pick in 2025. Blue, who entered the league with considerable potential, failed to impress the coaching staff and was not offered a spot on the practice squad. He has since signed with the Philadelphia Eagles' practice squad.
Head coach Brian Schottenheimer emphasized the importance of building a strong team culture, stating that decisions are made with the overall vision of the team in mind.
