Dallas residents have access to multiple events offering school supplies, uniforms, and registration assistance as the new academic year approaches. The city has published a list of gatherings scheduled from mid-July through early August.
The first event is the Back to School Block Party on Saturday, July 11, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 2151 Royal Lane, Dallas, TX 75229. Following this, Bachman Lake Together will host its Back to School Fair on Saturday, July 25, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 9506 Overlake Drive, Dallas, TX 75220. On the same day, July 25, Thriving Kinship Inc. will hold an event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 4606 S. Polk St., Dallas, TX 75232. Additionally, Edward Titche Elementary will conduct a uniform giveaway on Saturday, July 25, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 9560 Highfield Drive, Dallas, TX 75227.
Dallas ISD will host its Back to School Registration Kickoff on Saturday, Aug. 1, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Ellis Davis Field House, 9191 S. Polk Street, Dallas, TX 75232.
