North Texas SC achieved a 1-0 victory against San Jose Earthquakes II at Cardinale Stadium in Seaside, California, on July 19, 2026. This win marks North Texas's third road victory of the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro season, bringing their record to 6-6-5 with 25 points.

Defender Enzo Newman scored the only goal of the match in the 71st minute, marking his second goal of the season. Newman has been a key player for North Texas, leading the team with two game-winning goals this season. He was selected by FC Dallas as the 11th overall pick in the 2025 MLS SuperDraft after playing at Oregon State.
