Dallas-Fort Worth employers took 48 spots on U.S. News & World Report's newest Best Companies to Work For list, and no city in the metroplex placed more of them than Dallas, home to 24 of the honorees.
The 2026-2027 edition of the list evaluated roughly 3,900 companies across 14 industries. According to U.S. News, companies were measured on six factors: quality of pay and benefits, work-life balance and flexibility, job and company stability, physical and psychological comfort, belongingness and esteem, and career opportunities and professional development. The rankings were first reported locally by CultureMap Fort Worth.
