Dallas, Texas — Dallas Wings guard Paige Bueckers received more fan votes than any player in the WNBA this season, headlining a franchise milestone Thursday as the league named her and teammate Jessica Shepard to the 2026 All-Star Game starting lineup.

Bueckers collected 1,045,051 fan votes in her second professional campaign, earning her second consecutive All-Star start. Shepard, a sixth-year forward, was selected as a first-time All-Star starter after anchoring the Wings' frontcourt through a resurgent first half.

Rookie guard Azzi Fudd also finished fourth among guards in fan balloting, signaling the depth of national enthusiasm surrounding a Wings turnaround that has drawn attention well beyond North Texas. The franchise missed the playoffs a year ago before landing Bueckers with the No. 1 overall pick.

The 2026 AT&T WNBA All-Star Game is scheduled for July 25 in Chicago. Bueckers and Shepard become the first pair of Wings teammates to start an All-Star Game together since the franchise relocated to the Dallas area.
