Austin Riley delivered a pivotal two-home-run performance to lead the Atlanta Braves to an 8-5 victory over the Texas Rangers at Truist Park. Riley’s offensive output was complemented by Evan Phillips, who recorded his 10th save of the season by pitching the final 1.1 innings without allowing a hit or run.

For Texas, Adolis García contributed a double and a run scored, while Corey Seager added a single and a run batted in during the contest.

The Braves established early momentum in the first inning when Michael Harris II drove in a run with a sacrifice fly to right field, putting Atlanta ahead 1-0. The lead extended in the second inning as Riley launched a 416-foot home run to left field, making the score 2-0.

The Braves continued their offensive pressure in the third inning when Evan Phillips hit a 395-foot home run to right-center field, increasing the advantage to 3-0.
