Northpark Landing, a residential development located at 9001 N Beach St. in Fort Worth, is preparing for its initial opening in mid-January 2023. The complex will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units designed for future residents.

According to Northpark Landing Manager Amber Silletti, the property will be constructed in phases. The first building will open in January, with the remaining five structures completed by April. Upon full completion, the development will contain a total of 226 apartments.

Leasing activities commenced in late December, and staff have begun accepting applications from prospective tenants. Silletti noted that the complex aims to provide a range of amenities for its community. These features include a dedicated yoga room, a co-working space, and a conference room. Residents will also have access to a virtual fitness trainer.

Recreational options within the property encompass a game room equipped with a pool table, a resident lounge, and an outdoor dog park. An outdoor pet wash station is available for animal owners. Additionally, the site includes Tesla vehicle charging stations for electric car users.

Fort Worth is situated approximately 31 miles west of Dallas. Further details regarding specific rental prices or move-in incentives were not provided in the source material.
