The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has designated Alejandro Villegas, a 32-year-old from Fort Worth, as the Featured Fugitive for July 2026. Villegas is currently on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender list and has been wanted since January 2026 due to a probation violation linked to a previous conviction for sexual assault of a child.

In 2022, Villegas was arrested by the Grand Prairie Police Department after an incident involving a 16-year-old girl. His current whereabouts are unknown, but the DPS indicates he has connections to the Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas areas.

To encourage tips leading to his capture, the DPS has increased the reward to $6,000 for information received during July. Individuals wishing to provide tips can do so through several methods: by calling the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477), submitting a web tip via the DPS website, or using the Facebook tip submission option available under the fugitive's profile.

Further details about Villegas or the investigation have not been disclosed at this time.
