All 10 episodes were released on July 20, marking the second season since the show's revival in 2025, with a renewal already in place through season 17.
Co-creator Mike Judge, who lived in Richardson during the 1990s, has previously acknowledged the city as a model for Arlen. While Arlen is a blend of various Dallas-area suburbs, its essence reflects the characteristics of mid-century suburban life.
This season takes the connection further by featuring the University of Texas at Dallas, located in Richardson, along with other notable North Texas landmarks such as Big Tex at the State Fair of Texas and Whataburger.
In the latest episodes, Hank and Peggy navigate retirement on Rainey Street, while their son Bobby, now an adult, runs a fusion restaurant in Dallas and aims for a spot on a reality cooking show.
The voice cast includes returning talents like Mike Judge and Kathy Najimy, and the show's fictional schools continue to honor Dallas Cowboys legends, further embedding the series in the local culture.
